Crossover Frequency adjustment

AV Receivers with cross over freq adjustment feature allows you to choose any type of speakers, it also gives you freedom to change the speakers in future. By setting high value one can use small speakers and setting low value one can use big speakers. When you set cross over to say 200Hz the receiver will send below 200 Hz to Subwoofer and protect the small speakers from unsafe low frequencies.
