HDMI cable, one of it's major problem solved.

HDMI cable offer many advantages and is the standard for future CE products.
The biggest disadvantage is/was that the physical connection is not perfect, the connection will be lost even if you move the connected components slightly.


Problems caused without locking mechanism,

1) The HDMI cable comes out of the socket while repositioning or moving the connected components slightly.

2) Since there is/was no locking mechanism between the HDMI socket and cable, there is very high risk of damaging delicate pins of the cable or the socket making the expensive HDMI cable useless!.

3) You may have to call for technical help frequently.
